Setup times

  • Friday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
  • Saturday: beginning at 8:00 AM
  • Market opens 10:00 AM
  • Market ends 3:00 PM

Please allow enough time to unload, set up your booth, and be ready before the market opens at 10 AM.

Prepare Your Booth

  • Products / inventory

  • Clear pricing
  • Table, unless you paid for an approved rental table
  • Chairs if needed
  • Bags / packaging if needed
  • Your preferred way to accept customer payments
  • Anything needed to keep your booth organized and welcoming
Please Note

Important Vendor Information

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless Mission Pop Up cancels the event.
  • Products, displays, signage, and conduct should remain family-friendly and appropriate for the event and HillSpring Church.
  • Please follow event-day instructions from the Mission Pop Up team.
  • Table rentals are only for vendors who previously requested and paid for an approved table.
